Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation message along with your tracking information.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times within Pakistan are 3–4 business days for major cities and 3–7 business days for other areas.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or courier-related delays.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will make delivery attempts according to their standard delivery policy. If delivery is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability or an incorrect address, additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Hashir Fragrances is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to deliver every order on time, unexpected circumstances such as severe weather, public holidays, strikes, or courier service disruptions may cause delays. We appreciate your patience in such situations.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or if any item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. We may request photos of the package and products to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

International Shipping

Currently, Hashir Fragrances ships only within Pakistan. International shipping is not available at this time.
